This workshop is designed to help you build a healthy and empowering arm balance practice whether you’re working on coming into some of these poses or want to take them to the next level.
We will focus on a few template poses like bakasana (crow) and parsva bakasana (side crow) and bhujapidasana and learn how to skillfully approach them so that we can apply that understanding to many other arm balances in the same families. We will also look at some fun ways to transition in and out of these poses.
Note: To make the most of this workshop it is strongly advised you do not take another class on the same day.
