Yoga is for everybody. Start where you are, and learn how to practice yoga in a warm (pun intended) and welcoming environment!
This two-part workshop series will introduce and break down some of the most fundamental poses found in a yoga class. We will cover safe alignment, the importance of breath and how to use props to tailor each pose for you.
We will continue to refine and build on sun salutations, and move into backbends and twists.
This workshop is appropriate for those brand new to yoga, as well as those who have started practicing and would like their questions addressed.
